1. Right to Amend Terms

1.1We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will not affect your statutory rights.

2. Acknowledgment and Application of Terms

2.1By confirming a booking and handing over your vehicle keys, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.2These Terms apply to all bookings made directly or through third parties, including subcontracted services or agents.

3. Bookings and Services

3.1A booking is deemed confirmed upon the issuance of a confirmation email.

3.2While we strive to ensure timely vehicle collection and delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, flight delays, severe weather, or other incidents.

4. Payment Terms

4.1Full payment is required before service commencement.

4.2Extensions to the parking duration are charged at £20.00 per day, payable before vehicle return.

4.3Vehicles returned after midnight on the booked date will incur an additional £20.00 charge.

4.4Failure to pay outstanding dues within six months may result in the vehicle being auctioned to recover costs.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1Flexible bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the service date for a full refund minus a £20.00 administration fee.

5.2No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours or for unused services.

5.3non-flexible, saver, or supersaver products are non-refundable and non- amendable.

6. Liability

6.1We are liable for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

6.2Damage to your vehicle caused by our negligence will be repaired if a vehicle inspection report confirms the damage.

6.3Claims for damages must be reported immediately upon vehicle collection and noted in writing.

6.4We are not liable for:

  • Mechanical, structural, or electrical failures.
  • Damage to items such as glass, tyres, clutches, or registration plates.
  • Loss or damage from theft, fire, flood, vandalism, or malicious acts.
  • Indirect losses, including missed flights or earnings.
  • Vehicles left personally at third-party facilities.

6.5The maximum liability for vehicle loss or damage is £20,000.

7. Vehicle Security in the Car Park

7.1You must drive slowly and carefully in the car park, following all directional signs.

7.2Car parks can be dangerous. After parking, proceed directly to the reception or nearest exit, avoiding unnecessary movement within the car park.

7.3Children must be always supervised and not allowed to play in the car park.

8. Transport to and from the Airport

8.1Shuttle services between the car park and the airport operate at regular intervals. It is your responsibility to arrive in sufficient time to meet airline check-in requirements.

8.2Passengers must adhere to the safety instructions and capacity limits of shuttle vehicles.

8.3Animals are not permitted on shuttle vehicles unless previously agreed upon.

8.4Drivers may refuse to transport oversized items or provide assistance with heavy luggage.

9. Vehicle Movement

9.1Vehicles may be moved within or between car parks as necessary.

9.2You authorize us to drive your vehicle for this purpose and agree it will be kept in a secure location.

9.3We may photograph or video your vehicle for documentation during its stay.

10. Indemnity

10.1You are liable for any damage or injury caused by you or your passengers while on the premises.

10.2You must ensure your vehicle complies with legal requirements, including roadworthiness, insurance, and a valid MOT.

10.3If your vehicle causes damage or loss due to non-compliance, you agree to indemnify us against all resulting claims, costs, and damages.

11. Special Assistance

11.1Customers requiring special assistance must inform us during booking.

11.2We will take reasonable steps to accommodate your needs.

12. Complaints Procedure

12.1Complaints must be reported immediately to staff on-site and logged with the Duty Manager.

12.2Written complaints will be acknowledged within five working days and addressed promptly.

13. General Provisions

13.1The terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

13.2If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.

13.3Transport services, where applicable, must be used responsibly, adhering to safety and capacity guidelines.

14. Exclusions and Limits of Responsibility

14.1We are not liable for personal property left in vehicles, losses covered by insurance, or delays caused by external factors.

14.2Liability is limited to negligence on our part.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement unless explicitly amended in writing. Please inspect your vehicle and report any issues before departure. Thank you for your cooperation.
